I started this scarf back in January after I bought this beautiful Noro Silk Garden yarn from Commuknity. When the weather started warming up, I put it aside. But alas… it’s Fall again…. time to think about staying warm.

The stitch is very simple and is perfect for scarves because it doesn’t curl up on the edges.
Needles: US size 10. Cast on 30 stitches. Pattern “my so-called scarf“

I’m sending these to Maine for a baby shower at Nate & Christina’s church.

Here’s oh so cute Nathaniel wearing his brand new PPBB at his very first company picnic!

After a few days of sporatic multi-tasking knitting, I completed one Baudelaire. The yarn is Harrisville New England Shetland that I bought on at the Harrisville Mill during my cross-country drive.
The pattern & yarn were both a great pleasure to work with. The color is beautiful and I had to white balance against baby-blue in order to get the color to come out right for this picture.
Needles: Addi Turbo #2 32″ circulars
