I started knitting when I was 5. I made a “scarf” for my doll. But then growing up, school, marriage, work, kids, got in the way of true knitterdom until I started knitting with BobaKnit and HAWK at church. I’m not always happy, but I am Asian, I am a woman, and I knit whenever I can. Why is this “Happy Asian Women Knitting”? … maybe because I have a cute HAWK mascot?
